What are your delivery options?
We offer Standard (7-10 business days) and Expedited (10–12 business days) shipping at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need changes please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order has shipped, we can assist with a return per our policy.
Do the prices listed on the website include tax?
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. Any taxes due are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
I'm missing an item from my online order
We’re sorry about that. Please contact us within X days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packing slip; we’ll investigate and make it right.
Product arrived broken / damaged
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within X days with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
